- Fuel is set at 30%.
- Use of weapons is allowed at any time during Match.
- Both teams have to record a track of their Match (check your game controls for Recording command).

---------------------------------
What is considered as victory?
---------------------------------
- In solo match 1:1, it is mandatory to land with your own aircraft after shooting down the opponents aircraft.
- In team match 2:2, if both of the opponents aircraft are shot down, at least one player form the other team has to land safely at his base, without crashing.
- Landing is allowed only at your own base. Landing at opponents base is counted as being shot down by opponent.
- Crashing on landing is not allowed, not jumping out of the plane.
- Any crashing, crash landing, or jumping while opponent's aircraft is in the air is counted as defeat.
- If someone runs out of ammo or fuel, fight continues until someone is shot down or has crashed.
- If a pilot from Team A shoots down a pilot from Team B, and is not able to land at his base, crashes on landing, or due to damages inflicted by Team B pilot, none receive any point in that round, and a third round is to be played.

------------------
Dogfight start
------------------
- Both aircraft will be airborne, above their respective bases (air start), at altitude of 1000m, speed 320 km/h, pointed in the course of their opponent (at 12 o'clock).
- If a player experiences a connection loss at the moment when he is in advantageous position, or before actual combat has begun, round will be renewed.
- If a player has a connection loss at the moment when he is in disadvantageous position, and it is clear that he will be shot down, it will be counted as defeat. As it is not possible to be certain if the connection loss was intentional, in given situation a victory will be awarded to a player in a better position.
- Winner is obliged to upload the track in compressed form (*.zip or *.rar). (ex. 01-09-2010_Barracuda44_vs_Nubian_1st_round.zip)
- Defeated party will be the first one to confirm Match result, then Winner confirm the result, in intended topic.

----------------------
Points awarding principle
----------------------
- Winner receives 3 points, draw gets 1 point for each player (team)

------------------
League Sign up
------------------
- [glow=yellow,2,300]Sign up is on top of this topic, concluding with September 15th[/glow] when League will official begin.
- League is open to all pilots, regardless of their Squads.

Again, I ask you to join up in large numbers, as that will make this League more interesting. Gentlemen's fair play is expected, without dirty tricks.
Let the best pilot win!

---------------------------------
Arranging the Combat
---------------------------------
- One pilot (or team) challenges second pilot (or team ) for a match. Defending pilot (team) has freedom to choose 3 aircraft pairs among those that are offered, according to his liking. Afterwards, Challenger chooses among those 3 aircraft pairs. Those will be the aircraft type pairs that will be used in the match.

- After first round, teams switch their sides. If there is a need for a third round, pilots fly with aircraft types that offered on a special list. In third round, each pilot can use any aircraft from the special list.

- After calling the Challenge (using PM on this forum, MSN, or mail), Defender has to respond within 24 hours, and arrange for time, or schedule for another day.

- If one of the parties does not show up within 15 minutes of the arranged match start, then the other party (the one that did show up) is declared as a Match winner.

- League will be played in two parts (round robin), with date window of 30 days. In first part, team (pilot) A challenges team (pilot) B. When all Matches from first session are concluded, in second session team B challenges team A (as in a football league). Matches that are not resolved within given time limit of 30 days, will give no points to respective participants. Players cannot resolve the Match after given date.

Default Re: Rules 2010

Scoring system:

- For victory gets 3 points, for a draw 1 point. It is impossible to get 2 points, in any case.
- Third round is played entirely with the score 1:1, 1:0, 0:1 and 0:0 after the first two rounds. If the result of 2:0 or 0:2, there is no third round.
- It is essential that there is no repetition of any one round, which would mean that when both players lose their plane for the round that no one gets the points and flying the next round (if it was not a third).
- If the score 0:0 after the first two rounds, and whoever wins in the third round out as the winner and gets 3 points.
- during the round if the competitor runs out of fuel should not be coming back to base while the enemy is still in the air. If this happens, or parachute jumps, second competitor its winner and must only land at its base. If it crash landing, no one gets the points. Fuel management is very important

Possible situations and their scoring:

Red 2:0 Blue (Red gets 3 points)
1st round....... 1:0
2nd round...... 1:0
3rd round....... not required
----------------------------------------

Red 1:2 Blue (Blue gets 3 points)
1st round....... 1:0
2nd round...... 0:1
3rd round....... 0:1
----------------------------------------

Red 0:1 Blue (Blue gets 3 points)
1st round....... 0:0 Both contestants did not survive (because they ran out of fuel, because they are shot down by enemy, because they crash landed...)
2nd round...... 0:0 Both contestants did not survive (because they ran out of fuel, because they are shot down by enemy, because they crash landed...)
3rd round....... 0:1
----------------------------------------

Red 1:1 Blue (Both player gets 1 points)
1st round....... 1:0
2nd round...... 0:0 Both contestants did not survive (because they ran out of fuel, because they are shot down by enemy, because they crash landed...)
3rd round....... 0:1
